We are very honest about what service we can and cannot do. We cannot repair or fix heat damged hair, chemically altered hair or breakage. Please read through all of my policies and information provided below before booking your service to ensure you qualify for our services. Booking an appointment means you are in full agreement with policies and information provided.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
I do all my booking through my online booking site where you can book online 24/7.
WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
We specialize in cutting, coloring, and styling naturally curly, coils and wavy texture hair in its natural state.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
We currently don't offer walk-in services. We prefer all clients’ to book online through our online booking site to receive service from us.
DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSIT?
Yes, all Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $26.06 & $51.80 to secure appointment to secure appointment. The deposit amount of $25 or $50 will go towards your service total. If credit card is required on-file card will not be charged to secure appointment.

FOR CURLY HAIR CUT
Bring 2-3 inspiration photos to your appointment.
Two of the photos should include the desired shape that you want your hair to be cut like.
One photo should be a shape similar to your desired cut shape but one that you dislike.
CAN I BRING MY FRIEND, FAMILY OR CHILDREN WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No extra guests are allowed in the suite unless being serviced due to the limited space.
WHAT IS A CURLY CUT?
A Curly cut is a cutting technique were you cut the hair in its natural state done on dry defined curls, coils and kinks. I am Cut it Kinky and Deva trained, which cutting method used will be determine on over all healthy of clients hair.
IS A CURLY CUT RIGHT FOR ME?
Our clientele is 100% committed to wearing their hair naturally curly. If you aren't ready to commit to wearing your hair curly and you straighten it even occasionally our curly cut services are not for you. Our curly cuts are customized to fit you curls, coils or kinky the way it's naturally grown out your head.
If you wear your hair or intend to wear your hair curly 90% of the time, a curly cut is for you. A curly cut will help give your curls a nice shape.
DO YOU TAKE DOWN PERVIOUS HAIRSTYLE?
No I do not take down pervious styles. Please have style token down upon appointment & have hair fully detangled. An upcharge of $50 will be added if hair isn't properly detangled. That means no twists, braids should be in the hair please comb them out. Please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled, and properly removed any excessive product build-up (gel, edge control etc), matted and or knots from the hair. Read the description of service & have hair prep as listed in the description.
DO NATURALLY CHIC SALON SERVICE KIDS?
No, you must 16 yrs. or older to receive a service in the salon.
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO ARE TRANSITIONING FROM RELAXER?
Yes, if the client is transitioning from a relaxer and is ready to big chop and cut off all the straight ends. We do not do short barber haircuts, if you wish to cut your hair or big chop it off shorter than 2 inches than we suggest seeing a barber. If your hair has over 2 inches of new growth, please send a picture of your hair in a wet state, clear photos of front, back, & side so that we can see if you qualify for service before booking. DO YOU WORK ON CLIENTS WHO HAVE DAMAGE HAIR FROM HEAT, COLOR, TEXTURIZER, SMOOTHING TREATMENT, KERATIN TREATMENT OR ANYTHING THAT HAS ALTER YOUR HAIR?
No, If your have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturized, smoothing treatment keratin treatment, color, heat damage, extension, braids or neglect. You must transition 9-12 months or however long it take for the damage is gone. Unfortunately we cannot repair damage, you must cut it off. Which is why we suggest transition for at least a year before coming in. Please be patient and understand that it can take time to get your hair back healthy.
DO YOU OFFER EXTENSION SERVICES?
At this time we do not offer any braiding, weave, or extension services. We style hair in its natural state nothing added.
DO YOU OFFER LOC SERVICES?
No, we currently do not offer loc services.
DO YOU COLOR LOCS?
Yes, your locs must be fully mature to receive any color service.
DO YOU OFFER MEN SERVICES?
Yes, we currently do offer men services you can book any service off the menu that suits your needs.
IS A STYLE INCLUDED WITH COLOR SERVICES?
Yes, wash & go is included in all color services any other style will be an extra charge. All full styling & coloring services does included shampoo/conditioning services.
ARE COLOR CONSULTATIONS REQUIRED FOR NEW, EXISTING OR NEVER SEEN CLIENTS?
Yes, a consultation is a separate appointment that help determine if your a good candidate for a color service. By doing a consultation it give the client the ability to ask questions an obtain a clear understanding on the process as well as the associated cost for the color service. Consultations must be performed 48 hours prior to appointments.
I HAVE HENNA, DEMI, BOX COLOR OR RINSE ON MY HAIR AM I A CANDIDATE FOR COLOR SERVICES? No, if you have Henna, Demi, Box color or Rinse on your hair you will need to grow it out before getting color services.

HOW SHOULD MY HAIR BE FOR MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?
Hair need to be stretched, you can blow dry it straight. The hair doesn’t have to be bone straight but be stretched, untangled and manageable.
DOES YOUR SALON HAVE WI-FI?
Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi access available to all clients while they’re being serviced.

- The suite will be disinfected after each client appointment.
- Both stylist and client must wear mask during appointment. Mask that has the string that goes around your earlobe. If you need a facemask it can be purchase at additional cost of $5. If your getting color service you will want a disposable mask to avoid any color getting on your cloth mask.
- Temperatures will be taken before entering the suite. Any temp of 99F will not be able to receive services will have to reschedule appointment.
- No extra guest.
- Please limit the items you bring with you to your service to one handbag or wristlet, cell phone & keys.
- Each appointment has it’s own block of time. No other services can be added to the service because of the allot time that it was booked for. Please add on all extra add on s at the time of booking
- Upon arrival to salon please text me at (614) 407-6751 to let me know that you’re here at the salon. Remain in your car until I text you back saying I’m ready to service you and greet you at the door.

NATURALLY CHIC POLICIES:
APPOINTMENTS
All services are by appointments only. If the time/day you are looking for is not available, its more than likely already filled. I recommend that appointments be reserved at least two weeks in advance to get the day and time that is need for your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULE
We understand that schedules change and we respectfully ask that if you should need to cancel your appointment all cancellations and reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any deposit made will not be refunded or transferable if you should cancel or reschedule your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, do so by clicking on your original confirmation email. Cancellation made under 48 hours is subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled service price that will be charged to the credit card on file.
LATENESS/NO CALL NO SHOWS
I cannot guarantee appointment for late arrivals. All clients receive 15-minute grace period provided that you let me know your running late. After 15 minutes you will have to reschedule your appointment. This late arrival will throw off my schedule and it isn’t fair to my next schedule client. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable so if you miss your appointment, you do not have the option to move your deposit to another date & time. PLEASE arrive on time.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notification will be charged 100% of their appointment service price with credit card on file.
No call/No shows without notification will not be able to reschedule or book any future services with Naturally Chic.

We accept Cash payments (new clients cash only on 1st visit), Naturally Chic gift cards/certificates and any major credit and debit cards. We ask all tips be in cash only please. We do not accept checks. If using credit/debit card name must be that same on valid ID or diver license.
All balances are due on your scheduled day of the appointment. No Exceptions. All services will require a deposit to be paid upon booking &/or credit card on file. The credit card on file is only charged if you no call/no show your appointments or cancellations &/ reschedule wasn't cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule appointment, you will need to pay another deposit.

Your hair must have your hair styled in a wash & go style to the best of your ability. Do not come to your appointment with your hair in braids, twist, brushed out, matted, damaged hair, wet &/or damp hair, ponytails or any other way other than a Wash & Go style will result in declining your service.
SERVICE GUARANTEE | REDO/REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES
I take pride in all the services I provide for my clients. If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service due to a possible error made by us, please notify the stylist immediately/or within 24hrs of your appointment. We would like the opportunity to provide a one-time complimentary adjustment to your style. We do not offer refunds for any salon services provided. An appointment will be set within 7 days for a redo/fix style. Any notification sent after 24 hours are not eligible for complementary restyles.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS I show case my work through 📸📹photos/videos. By booking appointment you are agreeing to any photos or videos before, during & after your service being taken or recorded.
APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF HOURS OF BUSINESS
If I am available, a premium charge will be applied to your appointment if you need to schedule an appointment outside my normal business hours.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on any products purchased once you left out the salon.
GIFT CARDS/E-GIFT CERTIFICATES
Naturally Chic Gift cards & E-Gift certificates should be treated as cash. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; Gift cards & E-Gift certificates cannot be exchanged, not transferable or may not be refunded for any reason. Gift cards or E-Gift certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and hair services. However, they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates.
Please present your Gift cards or E-gift certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card's balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
Naturally Chic is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.
