We are very honest about what service we can and cannot do. We cannot repair or fix heat damged hair, chemically altered hair or breakage. Please read through all of my policies and information provided below before booking your service to ensure you qualify for our services. Booking an appointment means you are in full agreement with policies and information provided.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
IF YOU’RE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS THAT YOU MAYBE SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.

- The salon will be disinfected after each client appointment.
- Mask are optional during appointment. If you will continue to wear a mask, mask that has the string that goes around your earlobe is recommended.
- No extra guest.
- Please limit the items you bring with you to your service to one handbag or wristlet, cell phone & keys.
- Each appointment has it’s own block of time. No other services can be added to the service because of the allot time that it was booked for. Please add on all extra add on's at the time of booking
NATURALLY CHIC POLICIES
Please read through all of my policies and information provided below before booking your service. Booking an appointment means you are in full agreement with policies and information provided.
APPOINTMENTS
We are a by appointment only salon. We do encourage our guests who have chosen us as their primary salon service provider to book appointments in advance. It's not our practice to "squeeze" guests in as we understand that diminishes the level of service and the experience we desire for our guests. Should you like to book an appointment with us you can do so by our online booking system 24/7.
BOOKING FEE
In order to reserve your appointment, our salon requires a $50 booking fee due to secure your appointment, this fee will be applied towards your service you booked. If you do not arrive for your appointment (No Show), or cancel your scheduled appointment, this booking fee will be retained by the salon and held as a cancellation fee. Cancellation under 48 hrs prior see cancellation policy for fees.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance of the services booked is due at the time of service completion. We accept payment in the form of cash, debit, and credit card payments only. If using a card you will need your physical debit/credit card to check out and the name must be the same name on a valid ID or driver’s license.
LATE ARRIVAL
Our service time is designed to ensure you receive the best service experience possible, and within the time required to perform the service requested. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a cancellation fee of $25 will be due.
RESCHEDULE
We understand that schedules change and we respectfully ask that if you should need to reschedule you can reschedule one time, 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To reschedule you can do so by logging into your profile or on email confirmation. Excessive rescheduling you will not be able to reschedule.
If it's under the 48 hour limit it will now fall under our cancellation policy and will require a cancellation fee of $25, and will have to pay another booking fee to book another appointment.
CANCELLATION | NO SHOW
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, should you need to cancel your appointment we require you to do so 48 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. To cancel your appointment, do so by clicking on your confirmation email or logging into your profile on our booking system. Any booking fee made will not be refunded.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, either
- Cancellation made under 48 hours is subject to a fee equivalent to $25, Same Day subject to a fee equivalent to $50, cancellation fee that will be due upon receipt of invoice.
- No-show will be charged 100% of your remaining service balance total that will be due upon receipt of invoice.
These fees are separate fees that will incur if you cancel under the required time frame, your booking fee will not be applied to these fees.
MEDICAL & SAFETY EXCEPTION CLAUSE
Should your stylist need to cancel an appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions such as level 2-3, power outages, or any other force events with less than 24 hour notice. We will make every attempt to reschedule you back on my calendar as soon as possible of the missed appointment.
ADJUSTMENTS
We are committed to Customer Satisfaction therefore, If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service due to a possible error made by us. Let us know within 48 hours of your visit and we will attempt to rectify the situation. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any salon services.
RETAIL PRODUCTS | DIGITAL POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any hair care products, digital courses, hair accessories, or devices. We do not accept returns on any products purchased once you leave the salon.
HAIR PREPARATION
You will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare for your appointment. Please read it in its entirety to avoid not arriving at the salon as instructed and service being declined.

We showcase our work through 📸📹 photos/videos. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to any photos or videos before, during & after your service being taken or recorded to be posted on our website, social media or marketing material..
NON-KID FRIENDLY SALON
Our goal is to provide our guests with the best experience possible. We like to create an atmosphere for our guests to be able to come to relax without any distractions. You must be 13 yrs old & older to receive services at our salon.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
We do all our booking through our online booking site where you can book online 24/7 at your convenience. New clients must complete a pre-consult form before booking with us.
WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
We provide services to women and men who wear their hair natural. We specialize in cutting, coloring, and styling naturally curly, coils and wavy texture hair in its natural state.
We also service women and men who are experiencing hair loss issues or scalp issues.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN?
Our salon is a by appointment only salon, we currently don't offer walk-in services due to we may not be able to accommodate requests for walk-ins or same day appointments. We prefer all clients’ to book online through our online booking site to receive a service from us.
WHAT SERVICE DO I BOOK FOR?
If you're a New Client you should be choosing a service off our new client services, depending on which style you want to wear. We've included a brief description of services and what's included in the services.
CAN I BRING MY FRIEND, FAMILY, OR CHILDREN WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No extra guests are allowed in the suite unless being serviced due to the limited space. No pets or animals.
WHAT SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
All services that we currently offer are listed on our service menu. If you don't see it listed we don't offer that service.
We do not add any extensions to our hair styles, we only work with the hair you have.
FOR CURLY HAIR CUT APPOINTMENT
Bring 2-3 inspiration photos to your appointment.
Two of the photos should include the desired shape that you want your hair to be cut like.
One photo should be a shape similar to your desired cut shape but one that you dislike.
*Keep in mind the pictures should be of similar length, density of your current hair or desired cut you want*
ARE COLOR CONSULTATION REQUIRED FOR NEW OR EXISTING CLIENTS?
Yes, a consultation is a separate appointment that helps determine if you're a good candidate for a color service. By doing a consultation it gives the client the ability to ask questions and obtain a clear understanding of the process as well as the associated cost for the color service. Consultations must be performed 48 hours prior to appointments.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY COLOR CONSULTATION?
Bring 2-3 inspiration photos to your appointment.
Two of the photos should include the desired shade and the styling in the photo should mimic how you wear your hair 90% of the time.
One photo should be a color similar to your desired color but one that you dislike.
HOW SHOULD MY HAIR BE FOR MY COLOR APPOINTMENT?
Hair needs to be stretched, you can blow dry it straight. The hair doesn’t have to be bone straight but be stretched, untangled and manageable.
DO YOU TAKE DOWN PREVIOUS HAIRSTYLE?
No, I do not take down previous styles. Please have style taken down upon arrival to appointment & have hair fully detangled. An upcharge will be added if hair isn't properly detangled. That means no twists, braids should be in the hair please comb them out. Please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled, and properly remove any excessive product build-up (gel, edge control etc), matted and or knots from the hair. Read the description of service & have hair prep as listed in the description.
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS WO ARE TRANSITIONING FROM RELAXER?
Yes, if the client is transitioning from a relaxer and is ready to big chop and cut off all the straight ends. We do not do short barber haircuts, if you wish to cut your hair or chop it off shorter than 2 inches then we suggest seeing a barber.
DO YOU WORK ON CLIENT WHO HAVE LOSS OF CURL FROM HEAT, COLOR, TEXTURIZER, SMOOTHING TREATMENT OR KERATIN TREATMENT?
Yes, as-long as the damage isn't severe we need some texture to be able to style it in a twist style. Loss of curl or elasticity hair vs transitioning hair is different when it comes to big chopping. Loss of curl or elasticity hair can vary throughout the hair, it can be at the roots, mid shaft, and the ends in different areas of the hair. Only way to get rid of that damage is to fully shave it all off.
I recommend transitioning at least 9-12 months or however long it takes for the curl to be back healthy. Unfortunately we cannot repair damage, you must cut it off. Which is why we suggest transition for at least a year before coming in. Please be patient and understand that it can take time to get your hair back healthy.
