SHIPPING INFORMATION
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Naturally Chic Salon may take up to 2 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) to process your order. All orders will ship within approximately 1-2 business days once payment clears.
After your order has been processed & shipped, it will take 2-7 business days to receive your package. You will receive a tracking number to track your package. All orders placed after 4:00 pm est. are considered placed the next business day.
If you have a deadline that you need your items by, it is always wise to plan far ahead in advance to allow for any unexpected delays that may be out of our control.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
PRODUCT UNAVAILABLE OR OUT OF STOCK
If the product you ordered is not available or out of stock, we will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Your order will normally be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number by day 3, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking, UPS, or FedEx tracking number to track your package in transit.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. • Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, e.t.c.) needed to deliver your package.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days but we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
INCORRECT ORDERS/PRODUCTS
In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us via email at [email protected] any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment.
RETURN INFORMATION
All items sold by Naturally Chic Salon are for final sale.
If the item(s) was/were sent wrong to you, we will provide you with a prepaid label to exchange the item, and will be processed only after the package has arrived back at our facility.
• Discrepancies with any order are required to be brought to our attention within 3 business days via email at [email protected]. Otherwise, all sales are final.
• Orders are eligible for cancellation if the item(s) hasn't been packed, and a shipping label hasn't been created (typically within 24-hours of the original order date, with or without a processing status). If payment has cleared, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on canceled orders. Once the order is placed, payment has cleared, and item(s) packed, all sales are final.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Customers are not advised to dispose of items before contacting our customer service team because if they do so, we are not responsible to offer an exchange or refund.
We do everything possible for our customers to receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
We carefully pack every order, so damaged products don’t occur, in the unlikely event that a shipper damages your products during transit, we can help you to open the claim on your behalf.
