3 TIPS TO GROW STRONG LONG HEALTHY HAIR

When people think of growing their hair longer they tend to go for hair vitamin’s and hair growth oils to help with the growth of their hair.  Hair vitamins & supplements are used to help fill in the gaps found in our diets that we lack the proper vitamin intake.
 
We need adequate protein, minerals, and vitamins in our diet to help keep our hair nourished.  Healthy hair starts within literally speaking, anytime we may have some eternal issues going on that we may not know of it shows in our hair. 
 
Make sure you're getting enough of or doing these things to help with hair growth:
  1. Water- drinking an adequate amount of water to keep your body hydrated.  Making sure to consume enough water depending on your body weight.
  2. Healthy Diet- eating a healthy diet that contains foods high in Omega 3, iron, protein, vitamin a & c and green leafy vegetables.  A poor diet can contribute to slow hair growth.​
  3. Physical Fitness- making sure to include a workout regimen at least three times a week.  Working out helps get the blood flowing through the body while also keeping you healthy & fit.
